Nautic Partners, LLC partnered with management to acquire Custom Window Systems, Inc., a Ocala, FL-based designer and manufacturer of impact resistant and non-impact windows, doors, and porch enclosures.
GE Capital, Jefferies LLC, Newstar Financial, and Triangle Capital Corporation provided financing for the transaction. The terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Founded in 1986 and led by Greg Schorr, President and CEO, Custom serves customers such as building product distributors, independent dealers, builders and contractors in Florida and across the Southeastern U.S. offering a complete line of impact resistant vinyl windows and doors.
The company also provides a full line of aluminum impact windows and doors and aluminum and vinyl non-impact products.
