Hynes Industries, a Youngstown, Ohio-based manufacturer of rolled formed shapes, strip steel and flat wire, received an investment from Resilience Capital Partners.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the proceeds to grow both nationally and internationally.
Led by members of the Bresnahan family who will retain a minority ownership stake in the business, Hynes provides rolled formed shapes, strip steel and flat wire to a diversified base of premier customers operating within the truck trailer, building and construction products, home and long-term care products and a variety of other markets.
