Greenhouse Software, a San Francisco and New York City-based recruiting optimization platform, raised $7.5m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Social+Capital Partnership, with participation from Resolute Ventures and Felicis Ventures. In conjunction with the funding Mamoon Hamid, General Partner at Social+Capital Partnership, will join Greenhouse’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to grow with investments in product, customer success and sales.
Founded in 2012 by CEO Daniel Chait and Jon Stross, Greenhouse provides a recruiting optimization platform that allows companies to source, interview and hire talent via such features as A/B testing sourcing strategies, customizable interview questions and kits, etc.
The company currently works with companies like Pinterest, Airbnb, Brightroll, Airware, Uber and Bonobos, among others.
