Dynamic Signal Closes USD$12M Series C Financing; Acquires PaperShare

Dynamic_Signal_LogoDynamic Signal, a San Bruno, CA-based provider of employee advocacy solutions, closed a USD$12Mm Series C financing.

The round was led by new investor Rembrandt Venture Partners with particiption from existing investors Venrock, Trinity Ventures, Time Warner Ventures and Cox Enterprises.

The company, which has raised over $33m, intends to use the funds to expand growth as well as to acquire PaperShare, a platform that combines content marketing efforts directly to lead generation and sales.

Founded in 2010 by Russ Fradin, CEO, Dynamic Signal provides VoiceStorm, a people powered marketing platform that allows brands to partner with and leverage the social reach and influence of their employees, fans and customers to achieve their branding, marketing and commerce goals.
VoiceStorm also includes reporting, analytics and ROI dashboards to enable marketers to track and measure their employee and customer advocacy programs.
Customers include companies across entertainment & media, consumer packaged goods, financial services, fashion & beauty, high tech, and advocacy. The list includes brands such as Hitachi Data Systems, Salesforce, Deloitte, IBM, and Gamestop.
