NetDocuments, a Lehi, UT-based provider of a document and email management platform, received a a $25m equity investment from Frontier Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to grow across the legal market.
Founded in 1999 and led by Ken Duncan, CEO, and Alvin Tedjamulia, CTO, NetDocuments provides a cloud-based document management service for law firms of all sizes to create, secure, manage, access, and collaborate on documents and email on any device.
The company is currently operating in more than 140 countries.
