Manzama, a Bend, Ore.-based content intelligence platform for law firms, closed a $1.3m Series A round of capital.
The round was led by Gold Bench Capital, LLC, with participation from Seven Peaks and Cascade Angels.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and expand into new professional services markets worldwide.
Founded in 2010 by Peter Ozolin, chief executive officer, Manzama provides a platform that enables professionals to find relevant and actionable information across industries, sectors and geographies.
The solution mines and analyzes vast amounts of information, then delivers relevant and personalized intelligence to clients through a cloud-based platform.
