Knoa Software, a New York-based provider of user experience management and workforce optimization software, raised $5.1m in Series B funding.
Existing investors Ascent Ventures, Gefinor Capital, Advantage Capital Partners and Rand Capital provided the capital.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate strategic growth initiatives and expand globally.
Led by Brian Berns, Chief Executive Officer, newly added Simon Adell, joining as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Sue Spiner, joining as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing, Knoa Software provides enterprise and cloud solutions that generate insights for the optimization of the end-user experience for SAP®, Siebel and other platforms.
