Healthcare Interactive, a Glenwood, Maryland-based healthcare data company, closed $8m Series A funding.
The round was led by Grotech Ventures and Harbert Venture Partners. In addition, Chuck Cullen of Grotech Ventures and Brian Carney of Harbert Venture Partners joined HCI’s board of directors.
Led by Henry Cha, CEO, and Keith Lemer, Healthcare Interactive provides insurance companies, health systems, and third-party administrators with a cloud-based platform to process complex benefit designs.
It develops specific programs to engage members and improve outcomes, and provide the administrative tools to deliver, manage and measure the success of them.
