Contatta, a Phoenix’s Silicon Desert, Arizona-based provider of a collaborative email platform, completed a $1.5m convertible round.
Kickstart Seed Fund II and Grayhawk Capital, as well as all of current board members including Pat Sullivan, and outside investors Desert Angels and ATIF participated in this latest round, which brought total funding to $7.9m.
The company intends to use the funds to take the product to market.
Co-founded by Pat Sullivan, Contatta provides a collaborative email that brings contact management, task management and team collaboration right into the inbox.
