Procore Technologies Closes $15M in Series D Funding

procoreProcore Technologies, a Carpinteria, CA-based provider of construction management software, closes $15m in a Series D funding.

Backers included Bessemer Venture Partners. In conjunction with the funding, BVP partner, Brian Feinstein, will join Procore’s board of directors.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and expand its suite of mobile and web-based tools for managing construction projects.

Founded in 2003 by CEO Tooey Courtemanche, Procore provides cloud-based construction management software to clients across the globe. Its software is used by hundreds of thousands of registered users to manage all types of construction projects including industrial plants, office buildings, apartment complexes, university facilities, retail centers, etc.
Professionals can collaborate on construction projects from any Internet-connected device with access to all project documents, contracts, RFIs, submittals, schedules and drawings via the cloud. General contractors, construction management firms, architects, and engineers can edit and share data in the field, while facility owners can have continuous visibility on the progress of their entire project portfolio.

The Procore and free CurrentSet by Procore mobile apps are available for iOS and Android.

The company has over 120 employees.
