IgnitionOne, a NYC-based digital marketing tech company, closed $20m in Series B funding.
The round was led by SoftBank Capital with participation from existing investors ABS Capital Partners and Brown Savano.
The company intends to use the funds to make strategic acquisitions, accelerate innovation of its Digital Marketing Suite technology and expand sales and marketing activities on a worldwide basis.
Led by Will Margiloff, CEO, IgnitionOne provides a suite of innovative solutions that encompass algorithmic media management across channels such as search, programmatic display and social; advanced data management; and marketing automation including user scoring, lead nurturing and lead optimization.
The company has a global presence with over 450 employees in 17 offices across 10 countries.
It currently scores over 300 million users monthly in 75 countries and powers more than $30 billion in revenue each year for brands, including General Motors, CenturyLink, Bridgestone, La Quinta and Fiat, as well as advertising agencies such as 360i, GroupM and iProspect.
