P-Commerce, a Siracusa, Italy-based startup that operates e-commerce wedding sites, closed a €250k funding round.
Backers included Capital B!, Withfounders and other private investors.
The company intends to use the funds to start its restyling e rebranding plans and become Martha’s Cottage.
Founded in 2011 by Salvatore Cobuzio, P-Commerce is an e-commerce startup with five vertical sites: two are currently online (“Progetto Wedding” dedicated to the personalization of weddings and “Progetto Torte” dedicated to cake design) and three others in development (around the “House & Family” theme).
The company, which has been incubated in Parma-based b-ventures since November 2013, also signed a partnership with Matrimonio.it, a wedding market leading portal with over 1m visits a month.
