Matrixx Software, a Mountain View, CA-based company that provides Communications Service Providers (CSPs) with solutions designed to manage the growth in data services across communications networks, raised a funding round of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by Telstra Ventures, with participation from existing investors Swisscom Ventures, Innovacom, Greylock Partners, Adams Street Partners and Tugboat Ventures. As a result of the investment, Mark Sherman, Managing Director at Telstra Ventures, will join MATRIXX’ board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations.
Led by Dave Labuda, Founder, CEO and CTO, MATRIXX provides Communications Service Providers with a platform featuring real-time charging, policy and analytics solutions to access visibility, intelligence and control of services across their network.
