Intent HQ Raises £4.75M

Intent HQ, a London, UK-based software company, raised £4.75m in funding.

The round was led by Oxford Capital, which joined existing investor Edge Performance VCT.

The company intends to use the funds to further enhance its platform and accelerate its global marketing and sales activity.

Led by Jonathan Lakin, Chief Executive Officer, Intent HQ provides major publishers and consumer brands with Software as a Service audience intelligence software to increase website engagement.
The software works by monitoring visitor’s interests and preferences, based on analysis of their social media data and online behaviour. Onscreen content, including advertising, is then automatically tailored so that users spend longer on the site, visit more pages and share more content with their friends.
Commercial partners include media publishers such as The Telegraph, Sky Italia, Food Network and IDG UK.
