Workforce Insight, a Denver, CO-based global provider of strategic workforce management consulting, analytics and managed services, received a significant investment from Baird Capital.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. In conjunction with the deal, Angela Selden, an advisor at Baird Capital, will become CEO at Workforce Insight and both founders will remain with the company. Steve Goldman will become President, and Don Giffels will remain as Vice President of Healthcare Solutions. Randy Mehl, Partner with Baird Capital’s U.S. Private Equity group, will join the Board of Directors.
The investment will accelerate Workforce Insights’ service offering growth, fund analytics solution expansion, and provide access to its global network of resources.
Workforce Insight leverages proprietary platform-as-a-service (PaaS) analytics tools, and process expertise to provide customers with strategic workforce management consultants, analytics and managed services.
It has served over 225 customers, including 12 Fortune 100 organizations.
