Wefunder, a San Franscisco and Boston-based crowdfunding portal for high-tech start-up investments, received an investment from Green Visor Capital.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Founded by Mike Norman and Nick Tommarello, CEO, Wefunder operates a crowd investing platform for startups.
The company which gratuated from Y Combinator in 2013, has raised equity for 13 startups with over $2m from accredited investors. In the database, it features 27,000+ investor accounts.
