Tealium, a San Diego, CA-based provider of enterprise tag management and solutions for real-time unified marketing initiatives, raised an additional $20m in growth financing.
The round was led by Silver Lake Waterman.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate global expansion across all business segments, including engineering, sales, customer service and marketing.

Its Tealium IQ allows marketers to deploy new vendor tags or make edits to existing ones without any software development. Its Tealium AudienceStream is a real-time audience discovery and digital data distribution platform, which allows marketers to define, correlate and target their most actionable audiences across channels, and then take action on those visitors in real time to increase results.
