One Rock Capital Partners Closes Maiden Fund at $431.5M

One Rock Capital Partners, a New York, NY-based lower middle-market private equity firm, closed aits maiden fund at $431.5m.

One Rock Capital Partners, LP, which surpassed its fundraising target of $300m, received support from government and corporate pension plans, insurance companies, health organizations, endowments and foundations, and high net worth families.

Formed in 2010 by Scott Spielvogel and Tony Lee One Rock targets controlling stakes in lower middle-market companies in North America, primarily in situations characterized by complexity.
The fund currently has three investments, including:
– Petroplex Acidizing, a provider of chemical treatment and logistics services to oil companies in the Permian Basin.
– Kova International, a developer, manufacturer and marketer of branded in-vitro diagnostic products for the urinalysis market, and
– Summit Research Labs, a global leader in the production of active ingredients for antiperspirants.
