MobileIron Files for IPO

MobileIron, a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of mobile IT security and management platform, filed for an initial public offering of its common stock.

The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Goldman, Sachs & Co. will act as lead joint book-running managers for the offering. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Barclays Capital Inc. will act as other book-running managers and Raymond James, Stifel, and Nomura Securities International as co-managers.

Led by Bob Tinker, President and Chief Executive Officer, MobileIron provides more than 5,000 companies with an Enterprise Mobility Management platform for mobile apps, documents, and devices.
