Irvine, California-based Lotus Innovations closed its first private equity fund of $10m.
The vehicle, located in Southern California, will back early stage Information Technology Enterprise Service companies.
Led by Managing Directors Linda Ritchie and Christian Mack, the fund already has two portfolio companies and is currently reviewing other investment prospects that fit their focused, and proven model of success in B2B markets.
It aims to make 4-8 investments ranging from $2.5M to $5M each.
