Hot Hotels, a Madrid and in Marbella, Spain-based mobile same-day hotel booking company, raised $1m in funding.
Backers included founders, business angels, Bolt Accelerator, ENISA, and Axon Partners Group.
The company intends to use the funds to develop and expand throughout Latin America, a market in which Axon has vast expertise and knowledge, increase its customer base in Europe.
founded in January 2012 by CEO Conor O´Connor, Adelaida Muriel, Joe Haslam and José M. Fernández, Hot Hotels offers mobile-only, same-day hotel booking in 43 countries and 257 cities in Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America and Israel.
