Condomani.it, a Rende, (CS)-and Bologna, Italy-based startup that provides a condominium management platform, raised €100k in funding.
Backers included Zernike Meta Ventures made the investment via Fondo Ingenium Emilia Romagna II, co-financed by POR FESR of Emilia Romagna Region, as well as business angels Marco Bicocchi Pichi, who joined Condomani’s board, his wife Silvia Goffi, an architect, Fabio Chinaglia, CEO of Eco-Mind; Paolo Lasagni, entrepreneurs, Alessandro Liguori and Marco Bonaro.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations.
Co-founded in 2013 by Antonio Bevacqua, CEO, and Federica Sesti Osseo, and also led by Francesco Pipita CTO, Condomani operates an online social network for managers, house co-owners, professionals and providers to manage condominium issues including accounting, payments, budgets, works, intervention requests, mail, e-mail and sms notices.
It is currently used to manage over 6.000 buildings nationwide.
