Regional company Veneto Sviluppo Spa invested €1.5m in Roncade (TV), Italy-based startup venture incubator H-Farm.
Veneto Sviluppo acquired a 4% equity stake of H-Farm.
The transaction aims to increase the activity of Riccardo Donadon’s incubator, which supports and invests in digital startups.
This followed a partnership between Veneto Banca and H-Farm, which at the end of February 2014 agreed to establish a grant of €2,5m for SMEs to access the Minister for Economic Development’s Guarantee Fund through a simplified procedure of access.
