Lanier Parking Solutions Closes Equity Investment from Antarctica Capital

Lanier Parking Solutions, an Atlanta-based parking and transportation management company, closed an equity investment of undisclosed amount from Antarctica Capital.

The company will use the proceeds to accelerate its acquisition growth plans and expand its services in a broader geographic area.

In addition to the investment, veteran Jerry Skillett will become CEO of the company and will drive the execution of the company’s growth initiatives while founder, Chairman and CEO, Michael Robison will retire from Lanier.

Founded in 1989 by Mr Robinson and Kristy Robison, Lanier Parking Solutions is an owner-operated professional parking and transportation management firm with more than 350 operations in 12 states in the USA.
The company also provides alternative transportation solutions to enhance the value of its clients’ parking assets and is leading the introduction of networked electric EV charging stations to major parking properties, bringing carsharing service Zipcar to the Atlanta market, and it initiated the Atlanta Streetcar project, which is set to open its first line later this year.
