Indix Corporation, a Seattle, WA-based SaaS, Big Data product intelligence platform company, closed an $8.5m of a $9m Series A-1 round of financing.
The round was co-led by Avalon Ventures and Nexus Venture Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to scale its R&D and commercialization activities.
Led by Sanjay Parthasarathy, Founder and CEO, Indix provides a product intelligence application and APIs for brands, retailers, and developers to explore, analyze, and visualize the world’s product-related information including assortment, catalog, attributes, channels, competition, prices, promotions, news, social, in real-time.
Current customers include some of the world’s top 50 Internet brands and retailers.
The company has a 37 people product development and engineering team in Chennai, India, and 9 employees in Seattle.
