Philadelphia, PA-based Eureka Growth Capital Management reached the final closing of its latest fund at $175m.
Eureka III, which exceeded its $150m target, is a small buyout and growth equity fund. To date, it has closed two acquisitions: Creative Co-Op and West Academic Publishing.
Led by Chris Hanssens, Managing Partner, Eureka Growth Capital focuses on leading buyouts and minority recapitalizations. It targets niche market leaders with up to $75m in revenue.
