Demandbase, Inc., a San Francisco, CA-based B2B targeting and personalization company, closed a $15m round of equity financing.
The round was led by Greenspring Associates, with participation from existing investors Scale Venture Partners, SigmaWest, Altos Ventures, Costanoa Ventures and Adobe Systems Incorporated (NASDAQ:ADBE).
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the growth of its advertising solutions and fund additional innovations expected for release in 2014.
Led by Chris Golec, CEO, Demandbase provides a cloud-based targeting and personalization platform for B2B. Its patented technology identifies and segments the companies visiting a website, and provides detailed, targetable business attributes in real-time. It integrates with other sales and marketing technologies (from Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle and Marketo) to deliver intelligence about web visitors, and attract, convert and retain the right customers.
