CitiusTech, a Princeton, NJ-based provider of healthcare technology services and solutions, received an investment from global growth equity firm General Atlantic LLC.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
The company will use the proceeds to continue to grow operations worldwide.
Founded in 2005 and led by Rizwan Koita, chief executive officer, CitiusTech offers a wide range of healthcare technology services including healthcare software development, healthcare interoperability, Meaningful Use compliance, BI/analytics, care management and consumer health builds. The company partners with over 50 healthcare organizations worldwide and its flagship healthcare BI and analytics platform is deployed at over 3,800 provider locations.
