Newgen Software, a New Delhi, India-based provider of business process management, enterprise content management and customer communication management solutions, received a funding of undisclosed amount.
Backers included IDG Ventures India and Ascent Capital.
The company intends to use the funds for market expansion in USA and other major developed markets and product development.
