Disposable Cubicle Curtains Limited, trading as All in One Medical, a Wolverhampton, UK-based manufacturer and supplier of infection preventative medical products, raised £3m in funding.
Beringea, the manager of the Proven Venture Capital Trusts, made the investment.
Led by John Hawkins, Chairman and CEO, DCCL provides medical institutions with patented disposable curtains and blinds which actively destroy harmful pathogens.
The company used a portion of the proceeds to acquire the anti-microbial biocide manufacturer Fantex UK Limited, which is developing biodegradable biocides for a number of applications outside of the healthcare industry including the retail sector.
