Accel Partners provided the capital.
This company intends to use the funds to invest more in customer support worldwide across time zones.
Founded in 2011 by Krish Subramanian, ChargeBee provides a subscription management and recurring billing platform which allows online businesses to manage recurring revenue on top of 30+ payment gateways worldwide including PayPal Payments Pro, Stripe, Authorize.Net and Braintree Payments.
It serves online businesses worldwide in SaaS, Subscription eCommerce and Membership Management space and provides integration with third party integrations like Mailchimp and facilitates data synchronization with popular accounting packages.
The company has current focus in US and Australia and is expanding operations in Europe and APAC.
