StarMaker Interactive Raises $4M in Series A Funding

starmakerStarMaker Interactive, a San Francisco, CA-based global music entertainment platform producing mobile singing games, raised $4m in Series A funding.

Backers included Qualcomm Incorporated, which made the investment via Qualcomm Ventures, and iGlobe Partners.

The company intends to use the funds for further growth of the Android products and international expansion.

Led by Nathan Sedlander, president and co-founder, StarMaker Interactive is a global music entertainment platform with two apps available on the iOS and Android platforms:
– StarMaker: Karaoke + Auto-Tune and
– The Voice: On Stage.
The company has partnered with The Voice, American Idol, Disney, Universal Pictures and Philips Electronics.
