Simpli.fi Closes $16M Series B Funding

simplifi_logoSimpli.fi, a Fort Worth, Texas-based advertising technology company delivering programmatic marketing solutions using unstructured data, closed a $16m Series B funding.

The round was led by Frontier Capital, with participation with Contour Venture Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Michael Ramich, partner at Frontier Capital will join Simpli.fi’s Board of Directors.

The company intends to use the funds to increase sales and marketing efforts, and continue development of its platform across media types including display, mobile, and video.

Founded in 2010 by Frost Prioleau, CEO and co-founder, Simpli.fi provides the In.finity Programmatic Marketing Platform that enables marketers to use unstructured data to extract value from real-time bidding (RTB) advertising exchanges by targeting, bidding, optimizing and reporting at the data element level.
