KidoZen Raises $5M in Series A Funding

KidoZen, a Boca Raton, Florida-based private enterprise mobile platform company, raised $5m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Third Point Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to build out its South Florida based sales and business development teams and add to its product development team, as weel as to broaden its global customer base.

Led by Jesus Rodriguez, CEO, KidoZen provides a scalable middleware to integrate backend and line of business capabilities into enterprise mobile apps. Its platform allows organizations to develop and manage enterprise mobile applications that leverage standard development toolkits to integrate with enterprise systems. It can be deployed in public, private and hybrid topologies.
Its product was made publicly available in February 2013.
