Floqq Closes $550K in Seed Funding

Logo2According to Loogic, Floqq, a Madrid, Spain learning platform, closed $550k in seed funding.

The round was led by Cabiedes & Partners, with participation from 500 Startups and business angels Agustín Cuenca, Arturo Guillén, César Bardají, Ricardo Fernández, and Sergio Cortés.

The company intends to use the funds to expand in the Latin American markets where it is already present (in Chile, Argentina, Perú, México, Colombia and Brazil).

Led by CEO Álvaro Sanmartín, Floqq operates a community marketplace to find compact courses with practical orientation, taught by business experts.
The company, which participated in 500 Startups and Start-Up Chile, is hiring in Madrid (read here).
