Floored, a New York, NY-based provider of 3D data capture & visualization solutions for the real estate, architecture, interior design and furniture industries, raised $5.26m in Series A funding.
The round was led by RRE Ventures, with participation from new investor Greycroft Partners and existing investors Two Sigma Ventures, Lerer Ventures, and Felicis Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Stuart Ellman, a co-founder and Managing Partner at RRE, will join Floored’s board of directors.
The company, which had previously raised a seed round from prominent investors including Lerer Ventures, Felicis Ventures, Brooklyn Bridge Ventures, Two Sigma Ventures, Red Swan Ventures, Thomas Lehrman and David Vivero, intends to use the funds to build its software engineering, scale the engineering, sales and account management teams (read here).
