The company intends to use the funds to complement and advance engineering to open new markets, as well as expand marketing and customer service development efforts.

It provides Katana, a predictive analytics and automated social graph analysis platform, which aims to help online businesses and app developers improve monetization and increase conversion through targeting timely their most valuable, influenceable, and influential customers.
