HipLogiq Secures $7M in Series B Funding from Hadron Global Partners

HipLogiq, a Dallas, TX-based marketing software company, secured $7m in series B funding from Hadron Global Partners.

The company, which received $5m in a first round in May 2013, will use the funds to to focus on market growth and promote its two social media marketing applications, SocialCompass for enterprise and agencies with a white label license, and SocialCentiv for small to medium businesses (SMBs).

Co-founded in October 2012 by Lindsey Madison, Adam Root and Bernard Perrine Led by Bernard Perrine, CEO, as Social Compass, an enterprise solution for social media marketing, HipLogiq now provides a white label solution for companies and agencies that want to brand the tool. SocialCentiv – launched in March 2013 – works similarly for small to medium businesses, but with a web-based, do-it-yourself solution.

The company plans to double the size of their team from 20 to nearly 40 employees.
