The investment was led by Verdexus.
The company intends to use the funds to grow in key markets such as healthcare, higher education and industry associations.
Led by Peter Evans, CEO and Co-founder, ExpertFile provides an expert marketing platform that allows organizations to create professional online profiles of their executives and experts to drive quality connections with conferences, media and business prospects. Corporations, universities and colleges, healthcare institutions and industry trade associations use the system to amplify their expert-related content, including biographies, speaking history, videos, articles, presentations and publications.
Clients include Deloitte, KPMG, The Conference Board, Constant Contact, Dentons Law, Cleveland Clinic, Canadian Corporate Counsel Association, and Kelly Services.
