According to reports, Aujas Networks, an Indian information risk management services company, closed its Series B funding round.
The amount was not disclosed.
Backers included IDG Ventures, Rajasthan Venture Capital Fund and IvyCap Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Girish Gupta, CEO of Rajasthan Venture Capital Fund, and Vikram Gupta of IvyCap Ventures, will join Aujas’board.
The company intends to use the funds to expand in new geographies and verticals.
Co-founded in 2008 by Srinivasa Rao, Sameer Shelke and Manjula Sridhar and incubated by IDG Ventures, Aujas provides Global Information Risk Management (IRM) solutions.
