Aria Networks, a Chippenham, UK-based provider of capacity management software for telecoms and cloud services providers, raised $4m in funding.
The round was led by Seraphim Capital, with participation from the Capital For Enterprise Fund.
The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate the growth of its customer base and to open new markets.
Led by Tony Fallows, CEO, Aria Networks, Aria Networks provides fixed-line, mobile and cloud service providers with a capacity management solution that that combines resource and financial management to enhance network profitability. The company’s solutions apply to providers rolling out 3G/4G mobile, broadband, business data, or cloud services. It partners with global equipment manufacturers and software-vendors, which are bringing Aria Networks’ solutions to their existing telecoms and cloud solutions customers.
In June 2012, the company added Stephen Newton, a seed investor, to its Board of Directors.
