Tackk, a Cleveland OH-based web platform to create and share content across social networks, emerged from Beta and raised $1.2m in Seed B funding.
The round was led by ff Venture Capital, with participation from existing investors Hatch Partners and Drummond Road Capital.
Launched in Fall 2012 by Eric Bockmuller and President Kyle Stalzer, Tackk has developed tools for creating and sharing content across social networks. A Tackk can include copy, images, video, and music and then shared across the web. The basic version is freely available along with a paid version for both premium and promotional programs.
Tackk currently has more than 800,000 unique visitors.
