The senior management team led by CEO Terry Hunter have acquired Tryzens Limited, a London, UK-based digital solutions provider, from its parent company Jaywing plc.
The MBO received the backing from UK venture capital firm Scottish Equity Partners (SEP). In conjunction with the investment, Andrew Davison, a partner at SEP, will join the Tryzens’ board.
The company will use the funds to expand across Europe, and internationally.
Tryzens is a provider of digital retail solutions. It specializes in:
– Digital Retail Solutions Strategy
– Digital Systems Design and Delivery
– Digital Consultancy, and
– Systems Integration
It has over 200 staff in its offices in London, Bulgaria and India, serving blue-chip clients including Dunelm Mill, JD Sports Fashion Group plc, Tesco, Austin Reed Group, Charlotte Olympia, Timberland, Tally Weijl, and Waitrose.
