Savaari Car Rentals, a Bangalore, India-based online taxi aggregator, raised its second round of funding of undisclosed amount.
Backers included Intel Capital and existing investor Inventus Capital.
The company intends to use the funds for its expansion plans, in particular for market and team expansion, and implementing advanced technologies.
Led by Gaurav Aggarwal, Founder and CEO, Savaari Car Rentals provides 24×7 phone support to its customers and an Android mobile application which helps tracks the cab at all times. The company has established a network of 150+vendors and now boasts of over 2 crore trip kms and 15 lakh trip hours to its credit and currently services 60 cities across the country.
