Gravitant, an Austin, Texas-based software company operating in the enterprise cloud brokerage and management market, raised $10m Series B funding.
The round led by new investor Corsa Ventures with participation from existing investor S3 Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Alex Gruzen, Managing Partner with Corsa Ventures, will join Gravitant’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand sales and marketing efforts and extend the capabilities of its platform to satisfy new customer segments.
Led by Mohammed Farooq, co-founder and CEO, Gravitant provides a cloud brokerage and management platform. Its cloudMatrix allows users to select, procure, consume, and manage cloud services (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS) and managed services for their needs and collaboratively construct and deploy complete IT solutions.
