The amount of the deal was not disclosed but reports said it could amount to $3m.
Co-founded by Tony McWilliam, Design Director, and Alex Hoye, CEO, Faction sells skis and accessories. The company has facilities in Verbier, Switzerland, Breckenridge, USA, and London, UK.
