StrikeAd Closes $7M Funding

StrikeAd, a New York City-based global Mobile Demand Side Platform (DSP), closed a $7m funding.

The round was led by Karlin Ventures, with participation from existing backers DFJ Esprit, Softech VC and Siemer Ventures and new investors Karlin Ventures, Canyon Creek Capital and Scentan Ventures in Singapore.
Kreos Capital provided a growth debt facility as part of the round.
In conjunction with the funding, Tianxiang Zhuo, Karlin Ventures’s Managing Partner, joined StrikeAd’s Board of Directors.

Founded in 2010 by Alex Rahaman, CEO, StrikeAd is a dedicated Mobile advertising Demand Side Platform (DSP), which enables advertisers, brands and agencies to plan, optimize and deliver effective mobile advertising campaigns on a global scale. Its proprietary platform integrates algorithmic Real-Time Optimization, which tracks behavior beyond the click (brand engagement or direct-response), and has Geo-Targeting capabilities that engage consumers in optimal locations to maximize response for all Campaigns.

The company has additional offices in the United States, Europe and Asia.
