Stackdriver, a Boston, MA-based provider of intelligent management for cloud-powered applications, closed a $10m Series B financing.
The round was led by Flybridge Capital Partners, with participation from existing investor Bain Capital Ventures. Chip Hazard, a General Partner from Flybridge Capital Partners, will join Stackdriver’s board as part of the investment.
Founded in 2012 by Dan Belcher and Izzy Azeri, Stackdriver provides cloud-powered companies with SaaS solutions to improve the performance and availability of their applications running in AWS and Rackspace Cloud. The company has just announced the general availability (to all AWS users at www.stackdriver.com) of Stackdriver Intelligent Monitoring, a monitoring-as-a-service solution that uses advanced analytics to proactively identify performance issues and bottlenecks within distributed applications.
Customers include Smugmug, 99designs, Vocalocity, Extreme Reach, 8k Miles, and Chopra Center.
