PureDiscovery, a Dallas, Texas-based provider of semantic discovery solutions, raised $10m in Series C financing.
The round was led by Medina Capital, which made a $9m investment.
Led by Dave Copps, CEO, PureDiscovery provides a technology platform that transforms an organization’s documents into a working collective intelligence. Based on it, the company has built various solutions to serve various markets, such as legal, human capital management, homeland security/defense, and intellectual property.
PureDiscovery intends now to use the funds to enhance their legal offering and target additional vertical markets through the continued development of its core technology, as well as expand its sales and marketing efforts.
