NewVoiceMedia, a London, UK-based provider of cloud contact centre solutions, raised $35m in Series C funding.
The round was led by new investor Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP) with participation from existing shareholders Highland Capital Partners Europe, Eden Ventures and Notion Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to grow globally (it is opening new regional headquarters in North America and Asia Pacific).
Led by Jonathan Gale, CEO, NewVoiceMedia provides cloud solutions that are instantly deployable and provide patented routing capabilities, enabling businesses of all sizes to deliver a personalized customer experience. The company serves thousands of agents in 30 countries on five continents, including Parcelforce, QlikView, DPD, SHL Group and Topcon Positioning Systems.
